1. Products & Orders

We sell premium beard oils crafted with natural ingredients. All products are for external use only. By ordering, you confirm you are at least 18 years old.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time for any reason.
Product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.
Beard oils may contain essential oils and natural ingredients. Always do a patch test before full use.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We ship locally and internationally using trusted carriers. Shipping fees, delivery estimates, and carrier info will be provided at checkout.

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days.
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.

At The Bearded Savage & Co., we stand behind every drop of oil we bottle. But due to the nature of our products, we keep things tight when it comes to returns.

All Sales Are Final

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on beard oils or grooming products once they've been opened or used.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders? We Got You.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Email us at [your@email.com] within 7 days of receiving it.
Include your order number and photos of the issue.
We’ll review and offer a replacement or refund if it’s on us.

Conditions for a Refund or Replacement

Must be reported within 7 days of delivery
Must be unused and unopened
Must include clear photos and original packaging if damaged

Refunds (if applicable)

If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. We don’t refund shipping costs unless it was our mistake.

We Don’t Offer Refunds For:

Opened or used products
“Change of mind” or scent preference
Allergic reactions (ingredients are clearly listed — always patch test)
